After successfully registering, you will be asked for which services and products you wish to subscribe/purchase. If you have a registration code, you will be asked to enter it—in doing so, it will credit your account for the appropriate number of property codes. Otherwise, enter the number of property codes you wish to purchase. Next, you will be taken the property code manager to create your property codes. Because the signage must match the property codes, you can separately purchase signage by sending your property codes and number of type of signs ordered to support@agent511.com. We will customize and ship the sign within 2 business days. |

You may submit as many listings as you like and afterwards, assign property codes to make them active. You can optionally assign each listing an MLS ID; this will be shown on the brochure (defined below) and will be used to link to the MLS in the near future. After completing the address, you will be optionally asked to check several boxes, primarily for residential properties, and the price. This is primarily for the brochure and categorization of properties for buyers. The important field is the one below—please enter your text description of the property and contact information how you would like it seen. The system will add the address. Beware, you are limited in the number of characters. An example listing as follows: |

After entering the text description, you press update, and then you will be prompted to browse for pictures. You can add up to six pictures. Only the first two can be sent to the subscriber—the balance will be used for the brochure. |

Each active property listing (listings for which you would like buyers or renters to obtain text listings sent to their mobile phone) will have a property code assigned to it. You can have the system automatically generate a code for you, or you can create your own. If you will be continuing to reuse signage and codes, you should probably use the automatically generated code or pick something simple. Once you have submitted the property listings, you will return to the property codes where you can either assign 432 Main St. to any simple, random numeric property code available, or a vanity code such as 432MAIN. If you need to purchase additional codes, you can do so—if you have purchased a bundle, additional codes are purchased at the bundle price. |

Property code – a specific keyword associated with each property that is displayed on the signage. When a sales lead texts the keyword to our text address, 511511, the property listing to which you have attached the property code is displayed. You may have, as an example, more property listings than codes. Property listings with codes assigned are considered active. Others are inactive. The property code must match the signage. |
Property listing – a listing is a unique property address. You may list several properties and from time-to-time change whether they are active or inactive as described above. |
Sales lead and notification – when a sales or rental prospect visits your property, you can be instantly notified by either e-mail or text messaging. You will be provided the leads phone number and property visited. The lead will also be reported on our website. The lead has asked for information—therefore, we believe you are entitled to reach out to him/her either via text or voice once to assess interest. |

Property brochure – in addition to any property-specific attachments, we create a professional looking web page for each property. This is intended to provide aggregated basic information for the purpose of directing them to your website for more details and a virtual tour. |
